Andy started his career at S.G .Warburg in London, after doing a business
degree at South Bank Polytechnic in 1978. His first major trading role was
at Banco de Santander in London where he traded spot and cross Spanish pesetas earning the bank a niche support role in this market. After being head hunted to other competitor banks in the "Spain" market-both Portuguese and Spanish - he was appointed as Chief Dealer at a new branch of Banco
Sabadell S.A. in London, setting up a successful 5 man trading room from scratch, and taking the Bank from nowhere to number
2 in London in this market.
Hired by Citibank in London and featured in a new 3 man section of Citibank's main spot desk for EMS currencies, Andy was extremely active in the
turbulent markets that saw sterling exiting the EMS and the peseta
and lira devaluing many times in a five year period (1989-1994).

John-Harry known in the traderoom as JH started a property portfolio at the age of 18 for long term investment while studying TV production at University. Once his business plan was in place the idea was to then structure short term investment opportunities for maintaining cash flow and Forex became the best option available. He started trading the market from scratch with Andy Shearman at the physical London traderoom and then became motivated to join Andy in his exciting plan to re-create a spot desk at a Bank with the idea that the guy off the street could experience the on-line trading that JH himself learnt by shadowing Andy everyday. Now at the age of 26 he hosts his own London traderoom session for FxMoneyMap and has gone from Andy's trainee to experienced trader.

Mark holds a Software Engineering Degree from Sheffield University and left a successful career as a Software Architect in the Banking Industry to work with the Traderhouse Group.
Mark Cassidy has been instrumental in realising Traderhouse’s vision of a Virtual Trading Room for Forex Trading and Training.
Now, better known as ’Admin’ to the Traderhouse’s trader community and online traderoom meetings, he is the Trade Execution engine for both Andy and JH in Session. Mark also ensures that every session is recorded, produced and published to the catalogue of hundreds of past Traderhouse Webinars that he manages.
Mark has also designed and built most of the web presentations and a numbers of the company’s back office systems.
He is Married with a two young children.
